Even if you do not live in or near Hollywood, chances are you have been seeing a lot of stars lately. Why? Stars, as in the shape, have been trending in the fashion world lately. The fad started in the summer months, but has managed to continue into the fall. Even those who do live in Hollywood have probably been seeing more stars than usual, as even Hollywood’s hottest stars, including Miley Cyrus and Kim Kardashian, have thoroughly adopted this fad and have been seen sporting stars of their own.
Miley Cyrus was seen showing off her star power recently in the spread she did in the Hong Kong magazine Prestige. Cyrus wore a turquoise full length dress, sheer with black stars all over and accessorized with huge star-shaped earrings. Certainly, Miley Cyrus must be having fun wearing this new trend.
So, even if you are not a Hollywood star, there is no reason you, too, cannot embrace this fun trend of wearing stars. You don’t have to go all out like Miley Cyrus—you can choose to wear just one large star, or go for a more subtle approach and wear lots of tiny stars, which, from a distance could even be mistaken for polka dots. Either way, dressing like a star, in this case, by wearing lots of stars, might make you feel like a star, if only for just a day, so go ahead and embrace that star power within you.
